In the beginning I had nothing against Josh Tetens. Nope. Nada. He won, fine, okay.
Let me go ahead and say that I hate “ENDORSEMENTS” where one asshole likes another and gets KWTX and the candidate him or herself is touting this and very proud of it and who the hell cares?
This last go round the endorsement of Pat Curry of Parnell gave Parnell the money he loves and wanted. Par got to go to Mar A Lago and be AMERICA’S SHERIFF.
After the Feb. 6th. meeting where a group of ex high ranking deputies wanted to do something to help another deputy who had been a deputy, yeah, but he was NOT REALLY A DEPUTY, he just got paid a deputy’s salary to clear the “pad” for Par’s new Barndominium. The deputy/gardener got wood in his eye and a dislocated shoulder. This “pad” clearing was a three year thing and was paid for by the taxpayers, $150K.
I told Josh Tetens in person. Ask him.
I asked him if he needed to talk to Brittany Lannen who was only feet away behind me. Josh told me he didn’t. Okay. That meant he believed me and didn’t need to go any farther, right?
THEN, I wrote him and he told me that he believed that “my office will do an investigation”, this is not ver batim, I’m paraphrasing here.
JOSH TETENS KNOWS THAT PARNELL COMMITTED A FELONY, AND DEFRAUDED THE TAXPAYER OF 150k. JOSH TETENS KNOWS THAT THE DEPUTY WAS POISED TO COME FORWARD BUT PARNELL AND GOOD OLD CHAR THREATENED THE DEPUTY AND HE CHANGED HIS MIND.
When the deputy was too frightened to come forward, it left the rest of us who were trying to help him, DANGLING.
I don’t like DANGLING.
It happened.
Josh Tetens was elected to see that “justice” was and is done. What Justice? HIS JUSTICE?
Parnell McNamara’s justice? Does Justice include getting your employees to pick up crap at your house?

THIS is Josh Tetens, a lawyer. An officer of the court.
OTHER OFFICERS OF THE COURT HAVE CALLED JOSH TETENS “six times in one day for a week or so” and JOSH TETENS DIDN’T CALL THEM BACK.
Josh Tetens is happier being Parnell’s “BOY” then he is being a REAL PROSECUTOR.
Josh Tetens is, however, subject to State Bar of Texas and the Grievance process.
Josh Tetens came out and told KWTX that he was “accepting anonymous letters” and using those in cases now, there was an anonymous letter a while back that led to a conviction.
SO, he’ll do someting for an anonymous person but not for one that walked up and talked to him in person with witnesses and he didn’t care enough to ask the other women I was with if it was true or anything else. He also refuses to take phone calls, another “NO NO” of the State Bar of Texas (FINALLY).
Ask Josh Tetens, oh, he’ll be out there, probably with Parnell if Char lets him out today without his crime scene tape.
WHY HAVEN’T YOU DONE SOMETHING ABOUT PARNELL MCNAMARA TAKING 150k WORTH OF WORK FROM A DEPUTY WHO WAS HIS GARDENER AT THE OLD MCNAMARA PLACE??????/
Josh Tetens told me that he was going to get “his office” to investigate.
He did not.
Did others go to him and tell him what I just said here and before today?
YES.
Josh is in a “bad” position, right? His daddy mentor committed a felony against the taxpayers and he desperately needs to do something.
HE hasn’t.
He won’t.
HE and his office don’t return phone calls and if it’s not kiddy diddlin’ you can just forget it.
What are WE supposed to do about this?
Most people have something to lose here, a job, a future imaginary job, or they’re just scared of the Sheriff.
I get it.
I, however, don’t want to live this way.
When you see him out smiling today, ask him.
Ask Parnell.
Ask the Commissioners, those assholes. They’re so busy sucking up to Parnell they can’t stand it. Oooooh, Parnell went to Mar A Lago, yep, he’ll go anywhere on someone else’s money.
By the way, Pat Curry knows Parnell is a crook, doesn’t care.
NOTHING STOPS THESE PEOPLE.
Next week, however, we’ll see if a Grand Jury will.
If they don’t, there’s another Grand Jury in August, September, October, on and on and WE will be there until someone does something.
PARNELL MCNAMARA DEFRAUDED THE PEOPLE OF WACO BY HAVING HIS EMPLOYEES WORK AT HIS HOUSE.
Ask him. Watch him tap dance and lie.
JOSH TETENS, well, I am filing a State Bar of Texas Grievance against him and many others because I can and I will.
Let’s let the State Bar talk to Josh and watch him answer.
Of course, he’ll just tell them the usual, that I am “crazy” and that he isn’t a crook.
BUT he is.
JOSH TETENS IS SCARED, OR NUTLESS, OR JUST LACKLUSTER OR ALL OF THE ABOVE.
The prosecutors in his office are Officers of the Court also and all officers of the court, including that vapid Dustin Chapman who’s so happy to have a steady job it’s pitiful. All he wants is to spend his time wearing clothes two sizes too small and excitedly putting his nose of the ass of King Scott Felton who made his ex brother in law a multi millionaire so I suppose that 150K looks like piss drip money.
Time to get mad. If YOU did this, you’d be in prison.
They are not interested in justice they are interested in how to save Parnell.
How to cover up what Parnell did.
How to keep the young ex deputy from going public.
Well, the other people who got sucked in quite innocently to help are in a bad position and there is only one way out, and that’s to TELL and go forward.
Shame on you, shame on Josh Tetens, who has fallen all over himself at attention from Papa Bear and Witcheypoo.
Ask Josh Tetens about what he’s going to do about Crawley.
