If I was sitting on a $60K check that had the word, “Loan”, in the bottom not “gift”, I’d drag that out and tell Daddy and Char that it was time for them to pay back that Campaign Loan to me.
Mandy loaned Par that money years ago and they did not pay it back, Mandy says it was a loan, and Char says gift. Either way, Par got money from her and if I were her I’d be visiting a lawyer and then there’s that pesky fact Par never reported any of this.
They owe you $60 grand, you have nothing, stand up to Char and drag out that check.
