It is a shame that McLennan County DA Josh Tetens was told about Parnell stealing from the County and just ignored it!
I may be wrong but when this shit show all comes falling down there will be the DA smack dab in the middle previous Parnell employees and current Parnell employees and Charlotte McNamara all being criminally charged. This is just my POV but a deputy that knew for three years he was breaking the law well throw the book at him and whomever turned a blind eye. Our country is In horrible shape and it starts at our local levels! As long as the citizens allow the corruption then the more it spreads like a cancer. Parnell McNamara was never anything but a high paid bailiff period. And let’s get a look at the records for the time they separated Mike and Parnell and sent them out of Waco…. Could it possibly be because they were misbehaving? The version that I was told was they quit and came back to Waco and daddy saved them. Why won’t Parnell unseal his Marshall history? If he has nothing to hide? Because the truth is if it wasn’t for his daddy he would never have made it as a Deputy Marshall! His history is nothing more than half truth stories and lies.
