READER RANT WEDNESDAY #1

Harry,

Campaign Fund Raising Party or scenes from TV show “Dallas.”  Did anyone compare the invitation to the party and the quarterly report turned in by Char for amounts paid? Definitely, a lot of different amounts paid for attending. If anyone looked at the photos on Facebook and the amounts paid by some of those people you may get a bad taste in your mouth. The photo of Charlotte with her hat on backwards says a lot. It looks like some paid full amounts to attend, and some knew that if they waited long enough, they would not have to pay. Needed a large crowd to make people think large amounts of money raised or paid in cash and not reflected on quarterly reports.  Again, Char does it all and submits the reports. The word “EXTRAS” comes to mind. This is a common practice in TV and movies. Fill in people around the major actors. Sounds like a lot of “extras” were invited to make the event attendance look larger than it was with “paying” contributors.

Photos of children in the crowd. Open bars. Who’s TABC license was used at this party? Why would you have children at an open bar party? Children are Par-Char’s grandchildren? Others that ask if they could bring their children were told no it was an adult only party. You and I must follow the law; however, the law does not apply to Par-Char or their family. Not a good example for the public or the Sheriff department employees whom you demand “Loyalty” from.

Again, rumors of a death that occurred several weeks after the party. I am to understand it was a young woman many people admired, Allison Fudge.  She had just started a business of her own. Bought all the decorations for the Re-elect “Dallas” campaign party for Par-Char. Fulfilled all request Char made no matter the cost. She did not ask Char for a deposit for her services or have Char sign a contract. Once the statement for services was presented, Char was appalled about the cost and did not want to pay. Discounts were given on the statement (do you see any in-kind donations on campaign reports). Did Char bully her to get her way or threaten her with you know all I must do is tell Cody and he will do anything I want.  A party planner tried to make an impression and tried to fulfil a client’s needs and billed out the expenses. Today, there is no business, children without their mother. I am told she took her own life. Char has no sympathy or thought that her bullying or what she may have said may have contributed to the ending of this lady’s life.

In some conversations I have heard comments about checks being paid out of the Re-election funds. Why would you have only one signature on a check? Charlotte Miller McNamara. Remember Char is a businesswoman that worked in her father’s law firm. How many times have you seen Par-Char eating out or a restaurant owner picking up the check? Is this not considered an in-kind donation? Or do these amounts have to be reported? Is that restaurant losing income for services rendered? If the restaurant or event doesn’t accommodate Par-Char is it because of fright from Char bullying or spreading untrue rumors about the restaurant causing lost income. How many of these in-kind donations have not been shown on quarterly reports submitted?  No questions, until and if there is an audit of campaign funds? Char has no ideal of checks and balances in business, she thinks that term only applies to banking.

It’s all in the movies!
