McLennan County Jail turnover concerns. Turnover cost the taxpayers (you and me) of McLennan County. Employee’s loyalty must be earned not demanded and employees need to be able to trust and respect their leader. A leader should set an example and earn an employee’s loyalty. The only example Par-Char set at this point (11 years and remainder of 2024) is that all laws apply to everyone else but not the Sheriff and their family. If you do not agree with that you will be searching for another job as soon as I get word to Cody Blossman.
Deaths that have occurred in jail. Many questions? Lawsuits McLennan County taxpayers will pay defense fees or a settlement. Remember you and I are paying for these mistakes. How many false arrest lawsuits are pending that McLennan County taxpayers are not aware of but will be paying for?
How many times was Gary Baker taken to McLennan County Jail and stayed in jail. How many DWI’s did Gary Baker never go to trial for? Fighting, vomiting, and emptying body fluids all over jailers while knowing the Sheriff would not appreciate their efforts not to mention the cleanup that had to be done. Were criminal charges ever brought against him for these actions? I see charges being filed against people for assault of a Peace Officer almost everyday. Or is this a case of Par- Char’s (laws do not apply to our family). Is this considered showing loyalty to the Sheriff?
The questions surrounding the death of Gary Baker I find interesting and wonder why there are so many unanswered questions. Did Mr. Baker pass at a girlfriend’s place or did Mr. Baker pass at his home? The driver of the ambulance or hearse knows where he or she went to pick up the deceased? If the girlfriend made the 911 call, then where is she now? Someone said she took her own life about two weeks or so after Mr. Baker passed. To her family my condolences for your loss. The responding officers and the dispatcher should know the address of where the officers went to and was the dispatcher’s call recorded? The JP knows the address and should have a record of the address responded to? Does the death certificate or police report show place of death? If so, does the full address have to be shown or just a city or county? Have all these documents and communication been compared to releasing the truth or are we being fed the Par-Char lies? Is all this documentation and communication part of public records? But on 2nd thought is this another favor paid to the Sheriff above the law or Char bullying these people,” Cody will do anything I ask him to do.” And if so, have these people considered what may come their way if the documents have been falsified. Why would you not call a different agency to handle the investigation unless you are attempting to cover up something?
Pending lawsuits against McLennan County from Par-Char demanding loyalty! Wake up people Par-Char are building a 2-million-dollar Barn dominium? But it will be McLennan County Taxpayers monies (you and me) that will have to defend the actions of Par-Char’s poor choices. How many other lawsuits are pending McLennan County taxpayers will have to pay for?
The man that passed in a burning car on I-35 during the Par-Char reign was being chased by law enforcement vehicles and an older model black Chevrolet car in a high-speed chase. I was told that Chevrolet was on display at the “Dallas” (popular TV show) campaign party with an old red cop light on top. Pictures taken at accident show the black Chevrolet on the excess road where the car went off and landed in the grass area of I-35, Par standing beside the black Chevrolet looking over at the burning car. At no time did Par try to assist in getting the man out of the burning car. Has anyone heard of high-speed chases in McLennan County lately? Sad lesson learned a man’s life was taken. Is there a lawsuit pending? Was the display of the car at the “Dallas” campaign party meant to be a slap in the face for the man who lost his life that night?
A case of 3 young women supposedly kidnapped in McGregor (picked up by a cousin of one of the girls) but kept by 3 men in Bellmead, before being taken to the Austin area. Drugs, sex, and maybe human trafficking. I am to understand these girls were under the age of 17 at the time. People arrested and taken to jail but no trials? Was this just another chapter for the Par-Char movie, was the news media bullied into this story?
Another chapter to this story is Sheriff Par-Char had pictures of one of the guys arrested totally naked. The problem is the officer that took the photos did not get the guys permission to send these photos over the phone. If it was just a facial photo not a problem but a total picture of the man naked might be considered pornography. You would think Sheriff Par-Char and the officer that took the photos know all laws pertaining to pornography. Especially since McLennan County has the #1 special crime unit for human trafficking! The officer taking the photos must have permission from the person in the photo to send over the phone or any other manner of communication. You would think that Sheriff Par-Char and the officer taking the photos would know the law? Someone with the initials of TW has seen many other people who have been arrested. Total body shots of naked men and women. These people may have committed crimes or may not have but the point still is the photos are being distributed without their verbal or written permission. These people have families and friends. Why would a police officer put himself/herself out there knowing charges could be brought against them? Was this officer showing his LOYALITY to Par-Char with a little feed for a pornography fetish or ego boost? Just think of the photos Par-Char will get from the boarder from an officer that has to prove their LOYALITY?
I am a McLennan County taxpayer that no longer wants to participate in funding this kind of activity and the attitude of entitlement presented by the Par-Char Sheriff. No doubt I have two choices on how I would prefer McLennan County taxpayer’s funds are used. I am only one, but common sense tells me there are others out there asking the same questions or similar questions. Maybe 1 plus the other 1’s out there should unite and insist on our tax dollars being used appropriately and honestly. Not for some fantasy for a movie, ego and a 2 million dollar barn dominium.
