I need clarification. When people are arrested and have no clothing on should/are officers of the law allowed to take full body photos and send them over their phone to others? Once they are sent and other officers show them to others is this considered an offense of pornography? Does the law state you must have the consent of the person the photos are of has to give their consent to each officer to do this? Are officers exempt from the laws of what is considered pornography? Just need answers to this question.
This BS happens all the time, nobody knows what to do.
The crazy thing is the snatch pictures from fellow deputies to each other, doesn’t matter if you’re married, they just want something hanging over your head to use later in your career, or job, SO is just a job. Sorry
