This is not an attack on K Evans, however, it looks like he is reading from a script. He looks scared and nervous. Maybe because the script he is reading is not the truth. I have worked at the jail for 5 years, a lot of OT and different shifts and I have only seen Parnell at our annual Christmas party. He does not come to the jail and walk around and talk to employees. This is a fine example of how low our leadership is by scripting employees to lie to the public for a vote.
