Is it just me or does it look like Evans is having a hard time keeping a straight face talking about Parnell’s age and how mentally sharp he is?
Reminds me of the same body language that I see when Biden’s people are saying similar things.
Evans talks about all these task forces, yet never explains why Parnell has no support from local law enforcement.
