“My wife just told me about this post and the KWTX introduction of the candidates. So, I had to see what it was about. During Parnell McNamara introduction it was stated he helped track down Kenneth Wayne McDuff. I got involved with McDuff because I got flagged down by a mother of one of the victims when she reported her as a missing person. Sgt Knight had already given us information about McDuff during one of our roll calls and what he did in the Dallas area. I contacted my brother-in-law, Sgt Nicoletti who was working on the McDuff cases. It was Sgt. Nicoletti and Officer Bradley that did the investigation and got the warrants on McDuff. They started trying to track down McDuff. They did get multiagency involved in a task force to track him down. The only thing Parnell did was get a command vehicle for the task unit. During this time America Most Wanted aired an episode on McDuff. An individual recognized him and called it in and McDuff was arrested in Kansas. Parnell picked McDuff up and transported him back to Texas. It’s been known Parnell has always embellished the truth. He crossed the line to me when I heard about his involvement after his brother’s death and the double dipping.”
