You are a young married couple in your twenties, you’re not illegal, you work, in fact the young wife in my story is a nurse and gets off early in the morning.
The couple moved into a wonderful apartment complex a few months ago and were lucky enough to get a downstairs apartment in a lovely place. In order to unload their bed, they blocked a neighbor’s driveway for under thirty minutes, BUT, the woman upstairs, first known as “Karen” for obvious reasons, had a fit and no matter how many times the husband apologized and they tried to fix the situation, “Karen”, wasn’t having it.
The next few months are filled with noise complaints against the couple and after a while the purposeful intermittent noises from above, “Karen”.
These are friends of a friend with obviously nowhere to turn. SO, the were told to keep a timeline, to film the banging etc. and they did. They can prove where they were when the noise complaints were filed. Once the wife was IN THE HOSPITAL. The PD has been out but never arrests or writes the couple up. Then Par wonders why the PD didn’t endorse him, they’re tired of Parnell Power Posse and others using them.
Waco PD was called out on numerous occasions, Harry has a request for those records, and they’ll be here at some point when Christina Barnum sends them to me.
The Security Guard at the Complex was STEVE JANUARY. After his death the officers at the PD AND the Sheriff’s deputies thought they’d get a rest from Steve’s endless calls about noise, teenagers and whatever, but they didn’t. Steve set the tone and Alice was the instigator of all and manipulator.
The audio below is the strange noises at times from above after 4 a.m.
To my surprise, “Karen”, turned out to be none other than the Widow January, Alice January living upstairs and just fking with these people because she can.
Of course, since it’s the WIDOW JANUARY, all of law enforcement will listen to her over the Mexicans in a heartbeat, AND the playing field is tilted. Since finding out WHO Alice January is the couple is, with good reason, scared to death now.
Since the banging hasn’t stopped, the couple now have an attorney who knows the story. No one wants to disturb Alice’s time of grief but we’d like Alice to stop. Perhaps some counselling?

Even after Alice finds out the couple is filming and taping her, she is still doing it. THIS is from before she knew they were filing her, now she knows and just thumbs her nose at it because she has Steve’s bigass retirement and Parapproval.
