Now, if my employee said that to a woman, I might look at him like this….but instead Pat Curry, who owned the company just fought the poor woman/ex employee forever hoping to run her out of steam and money. OH, after SHE WON, PJC sued HER and that was dismissed because these people are ASSHOLES.
Would someone please send Harry a photo of the correct Steve Key, creep, let’s stick him up here too.

This was Mr. Keys to Ms. Adams, Mr. Keys did the sexual harassment, not Pat Curry, BUT Pat Curry owned the company at the time even though he tries his best to say he didn’t. He did. Below you’ll find some highlights that Ms. Adams had to endure from yet another sex pest panty sniffer at work. Where does it end? Curry owned Central Freight at the time and believe me, they fought poor Ms. Adams tooth and nail and LOST AT EVERY TURN. They put her through it and because they had BIG MONEY, they could.
Read through the lawsuits, they had their little hands in FEMA trailers, sexual harassment, bilking yacht owners in St. Croix, and had a company that called dying people to see how they were doing because they owned their life insurance policies.
Sleazey stuff. You gotta love it.

Jan 13, 2016 — Steve Key; Pat Curry; PJC Properties, L.L.C.; and PJC Central Texas Freight Lines, L.L.C. v. Daniel R. Richards, as Receiver for Centex …
In 2005, Walkabout RV LLC got a FEMA contract for Hurricane Katrina for $1,003,000 for travel trailers

It also appears sometimes as Walkabout Logistics LLC but a filing number search of 0800391185 actually brings it back to Walkabout RV LLC.
Again it’s that same address of 204 WOODHEW DR WACO, TX 76712-6529 which connects both it and Pat Curry back to Brian Pardo.
Anyway, the company Walkabout RV LLC later got sued in 2009 by Texas Mutual Insurance Company for what again seems to be “Contract – Other Contract Lawsuit”

OK so now onto the sexual harassment lawsuit:
Walkabout Transportation LLC (another of his companies and pulls up Walkabout Logistics LLC) was the owner of CenTex Freightlines according to the deposition in 2009 of sexual harassment.
https://trellis.law/doc/10746996/brief “For the purposes of Texas Labor Code Chapter 21, Centex and WalkaboutTransportation, LLC (“Walkabout”) form a single employer and therefore Centex exceeds the threshold requirement of 15 employees to constitute an employer subject to the statute.”
So Curry might try to claim that “he” didn’t own CenTex Freightlines at the time but a shell company did, however the deposition explains this degree of separation.
https://trellis.law/doc/10747128/original-petition-application – Some VERY graphic detail about the sexual harassment in the PJC lawsuit.
Some examples of the inappropriate sexual comments made by Mr. Key included, but were not limited to:
a. “If your breasts were bigger I might look at them.”
b. “I know you want me.”
c. “Call me tonight, I will be coming back from Dallas and I can talk dirty to you.”
Mr. Key’s comments included proposals that Ms. Adams engage in phone sex and sexual intercourse with him. Mr. Key’s sexual comments increased in frequency and severity and Ms. Adams began to experience severe stress reactions and sought medical attention for the stress caused by his behavior.
On September 16, 2008, Ms. Adams wrote an email to Mr. Key informing him that his inappropriate behavior was interfering with her ability to work. When Mr. Key did not respond to the email, Ms. Adams sent it to him again on Friday, September 19, 2008 and put a written copy on his desk in a sealed envelope the same day.
On the morning of Monday, September 22, 2008, Mr. Key told Ms. Adams to come to his office immediately after she arrived at work. He stated that he would not discuss the contents of the email and informed her that he was terminating her employment.
