Seems the more Par declines and moves out, the more Char keeps worming her way “in”, Par is too weak to stop her, if he is even inclined to do so anymore. They’re both so out of touch they haven’t figured out that they’re LOSING and losing by big numbers.
I wonder if Slingblade Curry has told him the truth about the recent polls. NOT GOOD.

One year ago today, my husband made the best decision of his life to leave the McLennan County Sheriff’s Department. He just walked away from a career that he had spent 23 years of his life building. You see, this decision was not made based on the fact that he wanted out of law enforcement. He absolutely LOVED serving this county and helping people! His decision to leave was solely based on the fact that he was tired of serving a department that showed favoritism/only valued certain individuals, lacked honesty/integrity, used bully tactics and manipulation with it employees, and has a serious lack of leadership.
This is a department that currently prides itself on being LOYAL. You see, sometimes their requirement of being loyal also requires you to be immoral/dishonest. If you know my husband, than you know that he is going to do and fight for what is right no matter the cost. He knew that continuing to fight the good fight was in vain, because he could not win against certain people of favor at the Sheriff’s office. He was no longer willing to jeopardize his moral compass or integrity, so he decided to step away and do what was best for him and our family!
These are the very reasons that we are supporting Jeff Aguirre for Sheriff!
The current employees of the Sheriff’s office (many that we consider family) deserve so much more!! They deserve a department/leader that is based on and prides itself on high morals, values, and integrity. They deserve a department/leader that values EVERYONE. They deserve a department/leader that allows opportunities for growth/promotion based on their hard work and dedication not bias. They deserve a department/leader that celebrates their successes with them and not for them. They deserve a leader that is actively engaged in every aspect of the department. They deserve a leader that is willing to jump in the trenches and help when/where they are needed. They deserve a leader that when met with concerns is willing to listen and address those concerns for the better of the department. They deserve a leader!!
The citizens of this county deserve a Sheriff that has the up most integrity, honesty, and values! Citizens deserve a Sheriff with equality and not bias. Citizens deserve a Sheriff that is transparent with county budget and where your tax dollars are going. Citizens deserve a sheriff that engages with the citizens in all walks of life and not just the ones that benefit his campaign. Citizens deserve a sheriff that works to build strong and positive relationships with all surrounding agencies in order to ensure cohesive and engaged law enforcement agencies keeping them safe. The citizens of this county deserve a leader!!
