Loyalty to the brand has nothing to do with the citizens. It’s about loyalty to the sheriff and his administration. The man wants you to be loyal to him but I guarantee he doesn’t even know your name, let alone that you work for him. He’s only for the citizens when it’s convenient for him which is during election year right now.
