Of course they don’t want people to know how often Chris or Charlotte drive Parnell up to the office. I say someone else drives him because we’ve already seen what happens if he attempts to drive his county issued vehicle on his own property.
When Jeff announced his candidacy, in his speech he said it had been years since the sheriff completed a full five day work week. That most weeks it was usually a day or two.
I’d imagine that as a former long time employee he’d have enough sources to know. Parnell and his people never said otherwise.
