GOSSIP OR FACT? LET’S FIND OUT

Who was the horrible person that turned the McLennan County jail “in” to the Jail Standards Commission for almost killing a guy by not taking him for his dialysis??? OMG.

Did the McLennan County jail hit the NON COMPLIANCE LIST just recently? Did they neglect to take a kidney dialysis patient to his appointments?

Was Mclennan County ON THE PUBLIC LIST but DID THEY QUICKLY FILE AN APPEAL TO SAVE US FROM SEEING IT, filing an Appeal gets it taken down?

Is Cody Blossman all over the jail and pushing Major Pam out? Is the last day of December Major Pam’s last day?

Are Rebecca and Chris gonna stay or leave Cody to it?

Are they having such terrible problems getting ANYONE to work at the jail they have hired help to get help?

Below are the public information requests sent this morning and we should be hearing back within a few days.

Yes, it seems for the very first time Jail isn’t in compliance.

Wake up folks, “ride the brand” means blind loyalty to an old man who needs to go home.

If you’re idiot cousin, brother in law, friend, or neighbor in Bellmead was in jail and on dialysis and not a mass killer, just a dumbass, you know we all have one, HELL, they have one or two, you would not appreciate them almost killing your kid.

Their first obligation is to take care of people.

You know this isn’t gossip, but, okay we’ll play.

Shall we?

Subject: Texas Public Information Act Request: McLennan County Administrator Dustin ChapmanEmail

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Lettes from Jail Standards Commission informing Sheriff McNamara of Complaint filed by Bernadette Feazell, ALL Letters from jail standards commission to MCSO and or Sheriff McNamara informing him of non compliance status on jail list. All Appeals filed by McLennan County to recent non compliance. All interoffice memos, reprimands, or correspondence between Sheriff McNamara, Cody Blossman, Major Pam Whitlock and others concerning recent failure to take prisoner to dialysis and subsequent complaint and activities surrounding the Complaint to Jail Standards and results. THIS will probably go to the AG’s office once again and if they charge you people, well, it’s because they don’t want this known and the subsequent coverups. JAIL NON COMPLIANCE is not gossip by the way considering the severity of kidney disease AND the known lack of supervision at the jail.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
