In October Par borrowed 97K from TFNB in a Home Equity loan to renovate the old McNamara House. Like we all didn’t know that there was NO renovating the old place, vacant for years, the roof falling in, the 97K wouldn’tve covered the repair to the roof. Hmmm. Wonder if they’d give you a loan to renovate your place that was falling down.
Anyway, looks like Par and Char are now going to tear down the old McNamara house and build a brand new one.
Of course, why not, they’ve got all the time in the world, right?

Interesting Deed of Trust. Not necessarily discriminatory, like they coerced us into signing; and it definitely lacks that big uppercase paragraph above the signature line that ours had. Different strokes for different folks… I guess.
As for the color black: those past the age of 60 with white hair should never wear black. It just makes them look older and at age 62, he definitely looks older. I would love to say more, but we are still in suit against Mr. LITTLEwood.
