When the family of Johnnie Sharp went to see Parnell McNamara, and MCSO, they thought that, at last, everything was going to be okay. Well, it wasn’t. Parnell and the Justices went to the DA and wanted to file ”HARRASSMENT” charges on them.
Just like when I went to them about being threatened, in writing by Sherre Johnston, and Johnny Ash.
Just like when other people turned in Par’s buddies for sending countless nasty photos and threats in 2017.

Chad Justice’s startup company Frontier Biologics gets sued in federal court for over $4,000,000 by its former CEO and two other former employees! The lawsuit is based on Fraud, Lies and broken promises. I just hope and pray that my mom isn’t an investor in this Ponzi Scheme!
Below is an overview of the lawsuit:
Last fall Chad and Scotty Ray recruited a new CEO because the business was struggling, and they needed a new leader. They brought on a new CEO that signed an employee agreement with Chad and Scotty Ray and was given 22% equity stake in Frontier Biologics. The new CEO brought in two more employees that were also granted an equity position in the company as well. The new CEO that is affiliated with another company called Legacy loaned Chad and Scotty Ray over 141k that were personally guaranteed by Chad and Scotty Ray. The employee agreements that were signed by the new CEO and the other two employees had a 90-day termination agreement which they had to be notified in writing for termination without cause. Chad sends an email on Dec 16th 2022, letting the new CEO and the other two employees know they were being fired without giving them the 90 days’ notice that was written in all the employee agreements. Chad and Scotty Ray always represented themselves as being able to grant all of these promises to the new employees. Come to find out Chad and Scotty Ray are now saying they didn’t have the authority to do what they did, and they knew all along they misrepresented their authority with the company so the “employee agreements” should now be null and void.
