If a blog site or anyone who runs a blog site constantly post what someone is doing in their private life or on their private property, one can only believe that person must be stalking or having them followed. This would constitute a violation of the stalking laws if one believed to be on fear.
A person commits an offense if on more than one occasion and pursuant to scheme or course of conduct directed at specific person, knowingly engages in conduct that:
Stalker knows/reasonably believes victim will view as threatening;
Causes fear; and
Would cause a reasonable person to be in fear.

I just went on that Facebook page and noticed they were griping about the DA indicting sherrie. Acting like because she chased Mary P around a parking lot. LOL Wasn’t she burglarizing Simons home and his kids called the cops? I mean if the judge felt that the DA had no case he would drop the bond or throw the case completely. Instead he raises the bond?
Sad when you have to side with your employer’s shack job who’s had nine DWI’s and has committed more than one burglary. Remember she Burglarized Parnell’s shed. They are nuts and desperate.
