No need to worry about those time cards with all that leeway. Naw.
See, law enforcement is supposed to let TXDOT know RIGHT away when they have a wreck.
These two don’t bother calling the Mesquite Police, and just go on having a big time until THEY feel like going to the Mesquite Police ON FOOT somewhere between 27 hours and 30 hours later depending on whose report you believe, being one says the wreck happened at 1600 & another says 2000.
Try this fellow Texan, see what they do to you.
