I’m asking for the public’s help DeAlan J. Adams former McLennan County and Waco Texas police officer the Owner of “The Guys Services” of Central Texas Stole $45,000.00 from my husband and I May 3, 2024 after a tragic fire took our home and the lives of our fur babies we were devastated a go fund me page was written for us we were living prior to the fire paycheck to paycheck my husband recovering from a shattered ankle and the placement of a pacemaker DJ knew all of this and promised us a Forever home We are Now Homeless on our own property!!! My Own Police Dept Fayette County Sheriff Dept After reporting Dj in August of 2024 Made me Wait 5 months for the End of the Bogus contract to file charges strung me along with many excuses of , they can’t get him to answer the phone or return the call I gave them every text email copy of the contract where DJ added a claus that if the home wasnt completed by January 1, 2025 He would pay us $100.00 a day until it was completed as of today he owes us along with the $45,000 and what he promised $22,700.00 Detective Ken Kretz literally Chuckled every time i called him Finally in March I was told By our District Attorney he would Not be Persuing rhia Case as the Check written to Dj was Drawn off a Bastrop Bank Account So the Crime took Place in Bastrop!!! This is a Crock of Shit!!! I am begging anyone who has had dealings with this Monster Please reply here it’s Time he is brought to Justice! I know for certain if I had done this to anyone I’d be in jail what’s the point of having laws if the people who are Sworn to Protect and Serve are able to break them and have No consequences there is No Accountability for this Monster somehow the law is on his side for now and We have to first get a lawyer that will even touch the case which has been a issue as we don’t have the money for a lawyer legal aid won’t touch it! The Police say it’s Civil matter he stole our money and he stole from others we will never recover from this without the public’s help please
