Johnnie Sharp is alive, safe, and thriving.

Johnnie Ann Sharp, a 79-year-old woman with dementia, was

stripped of her dignity, isolated from her family, and placed

under the guardianship control of a 51-year-old non-relative —

Chad Justice, a man with a long track record of shady business

dealings, including involvement with non-FDA approved stem

cell “therapies.” aka Frontier Biologics.

For years, he along with his family, made major decisions for

Johnnie, which clearly proved to not be in her best interest.

Dr. Gary Barbin played a signicant role in engineering the

narrative that ultimately helped the Justices wrest control of

Johnnie Sharp’s life and nances. Without conducting proper

cognitive or ethical evaluations, Barbin actively supported the

misinformation that Brad Sharp “missed his mother for the

wrong reasons” — a baseless and harmful claim that helped

justify Johnnie’s isolation from her own family.

Barbin clearly aligned himself with the Justice family and was

instrumental in allowing them to control Johnnie’s medical and

legal decisions, despite her documented dementia and

vulnerable condition. His professional credibility was used to

legitimize fraud, and his silence in the face of obvious abuse

speaks volumes. But what were his motives?

FOLLOW THE MONEY

Multiple changes to previous end of life financial

documents, eliminating Johnnies only child Brad and his

two children out more and more each time a change was

made, until they were completely removed, all the while

increasing the Justice matriarchs monetary benet

payout.

Large payments going out to the Justice family and

Cassandra Draper.

The Justice family lived comfortably on the back of

Johnnie’s estate, while pushing her biological family out of

her life.

This was manipulation. This was deceit. This was not in

Johnnies best interest.

This was calculated financial exploitation at its finest enabled

by complicit professionals like Barbin, silent lawyers, and

corrupt public o9icials.

HOW THE SYSTEM ENABLED THIS

Let’s not pretend this happened in a vacuum.

The warning signs were everywhere. And so were the

enablers.

And as for Sheriff Parnell McNamara?

He knew what was happening. He was told repeatedly —

for years — and turned a blind eye.

This is what small-town corruption looks like —and in this case

all at the “expense” of Johnnie Sharp.
