I have no clue why the Rangers cannot stop an ongoing criminal enterprise, Par and Cody BUT can go after two mouth breathers from Valley Mills for stealing gas. Go figure.
Be nice if the FBI AND TEXAS RANGERS put forth as much effort in investigating this guy as they did for less than a thousand dollars worth of gas. $45,000 and no investigation yeah that seems fair.
