I voted in the early voting this year and I just have to say that for the first time ever I crossed the party lines. I am not going into detail about my choice of the big races, but I am going to say that I take my vote very seriously and will fight to defend my right to vote and my constitutional rights as well.
In the LOCAL races I just could not make myself vote for the current Judge in the 19th District Court race I did my research and seems that Thomas West is not what he wants the public to think he is. When did it become acceptable to put a person that obviously has some kind of mental health issue when it comes to his sexuality and his need to harass young females in an office that should represent the highest of integrity, and have a person with an impeccable moral compass? Could not support this man. And the fact that a reader saw a sign in Josh Tetens yard guarantees Josh Tetens will never get my vote!
And then I get to the unopposed Sheriff of McLennan County, really, I just could not vote for him I don’t care if he is unopposed, he will not get a vote from me or my family. This man is a proven failure to his county and his employees. He is a disgrace to honest law enforcement men and women that take the oath of office seriously. I for one cannot wait until Mr. McNamara is seen by everyone for the person that he is. It has been proven that he is not of good character when he injected himself into other peoples races so that he could stack the deck in his favor at the courthouse. He has a DA Josh Tetens and a couple District Judges beholding to him (Thomas West and Susan Kelly). That pretty much cements that his friends and DONORS get those favors answered in their favor…
