If you notice the lawsuit was not served to Chad or Scotty Ray’s attorney, it would appear they just may be too broke dick to even have one.
The three Plaintiffs came in to help a sinking ship, they infused money, and as per usual, Chad and his bunch just pissed it off on bullshit.
