This is Pam Whitlock, Par has tapped her to come out of retirement and run the jail, something she’s never done before. THIS is going to come back to bite our Sheriff for Life very soon.

You have to be certified as a peace officer to be a deputy, you have to be certified as a jailer to be in the jail. Pam Wilcox retired a while back but now ole Par, and probably the Eubanks, ’cause they just love Pam Wilcox, got her back with a big promotion to replace the irreplaceable Ricky Armstrong.

In fact, I discussed, the SIXTY THREE hours Pam worked in THREE DAYS. Pam ain’t young either with Frances Bartlett the Auditor myself.
