I’d forgotten that Lucas, while being filmed by a Japanese film crew tells them that he (Lucas) “killed a few folks in your country too” with Sheriff Boutwell from Georgetown looking on. Boutwell’s face erupts into disdain and disbelief before he can catch himself and pretend Henry killing folks in Japan is normal.
