SHERRE JOHNSTON: NO CHARGES

 SHERIFF McNAMARA runs a tough jail.  Hell,  jail standards commission is all over him,  seems like three people have died.  McNamara is tough.  Rough.  Won’t even let the inmates have a microwave.  However,  for Sherre Johnston,  his girlfriend,  and his dead brother’s girlfriend,  soon to be ex wife of City of Waco Assistant Fire Chief John Johnston, and 20 year lover of Private Detective Truman Simons,  off charges when she shows up to jail,  drunk with pills up her ladyparts.  Hell,  we’re not supposed to ask or notice.  

Hey,  someone would like to prove to Harry that there are charges that have been filed,  please do and I will retract this,  however,  I’ve been checking because I never thought

THEY WOULD BE THIS GAWDDAMNED STUPID AND BLATANT,  BUT SEEMS SO.

A SEARCH OF RECORDS IN MCLENNAN COUNTY SHOWS NO OTHER CHARGES FILED AGAINST SHERRE JOHNSTON EXCEPT FOR THE DWI WHERE SHE GOT THE 180 DAYS TO DO IN JAIL.  

We’re supposed to forget that justice and favoritism exist in front of our faces.  If you’ve ever had to pay for an overpriced jail phone card or jpay,  you should really be hacked off because in Waco it just depends on who you are,  how much money you have,  who owes you favors, and who you are either sleeping or have slept with.

Some folks,  have just slept with all the WRONG people,  however,   that isn’t the case for the real gift that keeps on giving,  gawddamned Sherre J.

Sherre Johnston,  was married to the Assistant Fire Chief,  John Johnston,  she was Vic Feazell’s secretary for twelve years,  and Truman Simons’  concubine since the 90’s and still is,  cozy lunch picture above.

Proof:  Truman Simons second sworn deposition where he sorta has to admit he lied in the first deposition.  See,  Truman blamed Brian Pardo for his marriage with Judy breaking up.  Well,  he neglected to take into consideration cheating on Judy with Sherre and Sherre plus her children riding Judy’s horse.  Oops.  Most of us live forever and don’t lie in a deposition.  This was “Lawman of the Year” somewhere in the 80’s by the way.

Everyone knows she was having a love affair with Mike McNamara,  hell,   she sent him sexy half naked photos that morning.  Come on everyone knows.

Over the Summer Sherre went to jail,  drunk.  They proved it with a breath test,  and a pill fell out of some body orifice that they were going to have tested,  but,  hey,  that was last August?

Someone also gave her a phone during her stay in jail.  She brags that the one who gave her the phone was Sheriff.  Hello?  Sheriff?

So,  now we have the charges for Sherre’s burglary of the Sheriff’s shed,   remember that on tv.  Didn’t happen.  No charges,  phone at the jail,  drunk at jail, pill in jail.  Nada.  Nunca.

No charges.

If you have gone to jail drunk,  and with a pill up your cooter,   please write to me and let me know if they let you off the charges.  Also please let me know if the good high Sheriff let you use a phone.

In jail but posts on FACEBOOK,  we figure she lied just to be mean to her boyfriend the Sheriff who gave her the phone.  Wrong?  Sheriff?  WTF?

 

 

So,  where’s the charges?  There aren’t any.

If you have a loved one in jail or in trouble,  you’re just not lucky enough to have a Sheriff who can nip it and it never even sees the DA’s office.  Abel didn’t bother Parnell about what charges he neglected to file,  burglary of the shed,  twat pills,  and Parnell never questioned what he knew and heard about Abel.

So stupid they never saw the Barry Johnson landslide coming their way.  Nope.

So,  hey,  Sheriff,  in the spirit of transparency,  where are those Sherre Johnston cases,  and what exactly was that pill.  Or did KWTX lie?

Not going away.  Can’t put it in the truck and drive this to another spot.
