SHERRE JOHNSTON LAW: LENIENT BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.   Take a look at Sheriff Parnell McNamara’s desk in a recent photo of a “swearing in ceremony” in his office.   If you notice, on the left side there seems to be TWO canteens, and ONE leather saddlebag.

Now this is interesting because we have been complaining about poor Truman Simons forgetting the bloody evidence from the Lake Murder in Ft. Worth for over 10 years,  then it was run and degraded.  Now,  we seem to have evidence from the early morning SearchWarrant on the home of John and Sherre Johnston just sitting on the Sheriff’s desk.

If you will remember,  seems Sheriff was the victim of the theft,  AND when the search warrant was served on the Johnston home,  he was not there,  another Deputy in charge.

So,  does this mean it’s over?  No charges for Sherre Johnston on the burglary of our own Sheriff’s shed?  What does this mean for the rest of us?  What about the two DWI’s from Williamson County?  The THREE DWI’s in McLennan County?

IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE IN TROUBLE IN MCLENNAN COUNTY

IT IS TIME TO DEMAND EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE COUNTY’S NEW

    SHERRE JOHNSTON LAW

We are not sure when it was enacted but it seems to be very lenient.

If you or someone you love has legal trouble,  demand equal justice.

“They” think the people of Waco are stupid.  Harry knows better.

So do you.  Demand better.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) A local businesswoman has been arrested and charged in connection with a break-in Sunday at a storage shed next to the home of McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara off Rock Creek road in Bosqueville.

Sherre Johnston, 49, of Lorena was arrested early Monday morning after a search warrant signed at 1:40 a.m. Monday by 54th District Court Judge Matt Johnson was executed at her home on Deer Valley Drive.

The warrant return signed at 2:45 a.m. Monday says two canteens and a saddle bag were recovered in the search of Johnston’s home.

Johnston was arrested and booked into the McLennan County Jail.

She was charged with burglary and criminal mischief and was later released after posting bonds totaling $6,000.

McNamara declined to comment on the arrest Wednesday.

An affidavit filed in connection with the arrest says that Johnston was seen on McNamara’s property by two credible witnesses at around 7:45 p.m. Sunday.

“They saw Sherre Johnston just outside the entrance to a storage building on the property with unknown item in her hand,” the affidavit says.

The affidavit says the two witnessed her stash the item on a tractor and drive off in her car.

They then went to the tractor and found a canteen.

The two witnesses notified McNamara and when he and other deputies arrived, they determined that a canteen was missing along with several other items from inside the shed.

Johnston was warned last month to stay off the property.

The affidavit said a law enforcement officer spotted her on McNamara’s property on April 13.

She was advised she wasn’t allowed there and signed a document stating she understood she would face a criminal trespass charge if she returned.

Update:  More charges from 2015

  1. B, I am worried about you, write something so I know the Un-Abel Mafia has not done you in.

    1. There’s nothing to write at the moment, have looked on the Docket for the Hearing on the 8th., it’s not there. Naturally. The Judges just move their Docket, don’t put it on the internet, and sneak people in and out at will. That last Hearing on Monday was supposed to be on Tuesday. THEY don’t want people watching them. Of course, nothing stops the agenda but they don’t want people at the courthouse one bit. Democrats forever are going to silently and secretly vote Johnson. Hope you do also. We must Disable.
